  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You may cancel your order up to 48 hours after purchase. Please send cancellation requests to info@kpoputopia.com.

  • What are the shipping options?
    As of now, we only ship to customers located in the United States and Canada. We offer several different shipping options and shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping method you choose. 

  • When will I receive my order?
    We will ship out orders as soon as possible. Delivery of your order depends on the shipping method you choose.  For Pre-Order items, we will ship out your order as soon as we receive the item from Korea. 
    *PLEASE NOTE - if you bundle items with pre-order items, your order will not ship until the pre-order item is available. 

  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    Please contact us at info@kpoputopia.com if you do not receive your order. 

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    Kpop Utopia does our best to ensure quality items and packaging for delivery. Returns will only be allowed up to 15 days after delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and contain all inclusions. Please inspect and film the opening of your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to the nature of our items, we kindly ask all customers to film an UNBOXING VIDEO of their package. This ensures quality control and will verify damage, missing inclusions, or any other defect. Without proper video proof, we will be unable to process your return. Please make sure to film unboxing from start to finish. Please note that while we take great care in quality control and making sure your items are delivered undamaged, we cannot be responsible for any scratches or marks made during transit from our suppliers in Korea to us.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
    You may modify your order up to 48 hours after purchase. Please send modification requests to info@kpoputopia.com.
    *PLEASE NOTE some modifications may be unavailable due to availability or may result in price changes. 

  • Does your album sales count toward Gaon and Hanteo charts? 
    Yes. We are actively working on becoming a partner with Hanteo. In the meantime we only source our albums from wholesalers who count towards the Gaon and Hanteo charts.
     
  • Where are you located?
    Kpop Utopia is based out of Los Angeles, CA.
